Shipping and returning

The orders purchased from can be shipped to all EU countries. The shipping cost is based on the destination, delivery method, weight and volume of the parcel. To see the exact shipping cost, please proceed to checkout.

Please note

Nordic Innovation Shop has a little warehouse in Helsinki, Finland for small amount of products such as following:

  • LifeSaver reflectors
  • Mutjutin massage tools (excl. silver birch and soapstone)
  • Vaatelaastari Repair patches
  • Lunette products

Many of our product may be packed and delivered directly from each brand's warehouse, so products ordered from different partners may arrive in several different shipments. The terms and conditions of Nordic Innovation Shop does apply.

Upon delivery

Please check the packaging of your item(s) upon delivery for external damages before signing the proof of delivery. In case you detect any damage such as dirt, moisture or cuts, ask the driver to log an initial complaint about the issue. If the item has been damaged during transport, please file a freight claim within three days of receiving the order.

Shipping methods & delivery times

The delivery time is usually 2-8 days. For Tablebed it varies between 7 and 31 days. For some Woodio products it may be up to 6 weeks. Please check the product pages for more updated info. If the delivery is delayed, we do our best to inform the estimated shipment date within the stated delivery period.

Nordic Innovation Shop offers the following shipping methods. Please note that the shipping method may differ if the product is sent from our partner's warehouse. We always inform you if that is the case. If you are not happy with the changed delivery method, you and we have a right to cancel the order with no cost. 


In Finland we use Posti (main Finnish postal service), Matkahuolto, Schenker and Postnord. You can check the options when you proceed in the checkout process. 

International deliveries

We deliver to all EU countries by Posti, UPS, GLS and Postnord. The shipping cost is based on the destination, delivery method, weight and volume of the parcel. You can check the options when you proceed in the checkout process. At the moment, we're choosing the cheapest delivery method available. If you have wishes, please contact our customer service at

Return and exchange policy

Nordic Innovation Shop customers have the right to return or exchange any product within 14 days of delivery. If you wish to return your order or if you have any questions about the return process, please contact our customer service at Please indicate your contact information, order number, product information and the reason why you want to exchange / return the product in the message. We charge a return fee equal to the order’s original shipping cost. The return fee is deducted from the refund amount. If the event of a complaint, we will of course take care of the freight costs. Please see below for more detailed instructions and terms regarding returns.

The customer has the right to return an item if:

1. The order has been cancelled by notifying Nordic Innovation Shop within 14 days of delivery.

2. The item has not been used.

3. The item is in the condition that the customer received it in, and all the parts of the product as well as the original product package and manual are included in the return shipment. Items needing assembly should be returned unassembled.

4. The item has been repackaged in its original shipping box. If your items were delivered on a pallet, please keep it for a potential return.

Please note that the right to return products does not apply to:

  • Custom-made products (e.g. some of Woodio's products) which are ordered from the manufacturer according to the customer's wishes.
  • Because of the nature of hygienic products (e.g. WellO2 and its hygienic accessories), the right to return is not available when you have opened the seal of the box. 

The item must be returned immediately after cancellation. 

If you return or exchange an item, you are responsible for the risk of possible damage. A damaged item will not be accepted as a return or exchanged if it cannot be established that the item has been damaged while in transit to the customer.

We charge a return fee equal to the order’s original shipping cost. The return fee is deducted from the refund amount.

We hope to save natural resources and we discourage unnecessary shipping of products back and forth. We wish that our customers carefully consider each purchase and buy only products that they need.

Refund for returned product

The price of returned products is always reimbursed according to the payment method used for the order. If the returned product has been used, damaged or is otherwise unsuitable for resale, Nordic Innovation Shop has the right to charge a fee for loss of value up to the full price of the product.

We will make the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product at our warehouse. We process product returns in the order in which they arrive. The original shipping fee will not be refunded.

We make a refund decision after receiving the product. We do not accept returned products if:

  • After receiving the product, we detect defects in it or its packaging.
  • Animal fur, hair or stains on the returned product will automatically result in a decision not to accept the product return. 

If faults are detected in the condition of the product, our customer service will contact you.


In case you have received a wrong, damaged or faulty item, please email us at within 3 days of delivery and attach clear pictures of the item and its package. We will process your claim, and you will be contacted about the exchange or return as soon as possible.

Campaign codes, campaign gift cards and complimentary items

In case of a return, the discount or gift card will be reduced or cancelled if the total value of the order falls under the minimum value of the campaign. Also, complimentary items have to be returned if the order or its total value no longer meet the promotion terms.
